Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey is for the curious, the bold, the ones with itchy feet and big hearts. The well-travelled souls who collect stories like stamps and know that the best ones always end with a welcome home.

So we left the comfort of the expected, followed instinct over tradition, and started building a whiskey that could travel boldly and still feel unmistakably Irish when it landed.
No matter how far Flying Tumbler travels, our roots remain in Ireland — at Larch Grove. It’s where ideas slow down, blends come together, and every new bottle begins its way back into the world. It’s our anchor point. The place every journey quietly points toward.

Larch Grove has been the home of our family farm since 1944. Once an award-winning malting barley farm, it is now becoming the heart of what’s next for Flying Tumbler.
Construction has begun on a bespoke maturation warehouse in the heart of rural Ireland. Two maturation warehouses, totalling 780m², alongside an in-house bottling line, are set to be completed in 2026.
The journey doesn’t stop when we land.
It just takes on a longer view.
Behind Flying Tumbler is a small, restless team of founders, makers, thinkers and doers — brought together by movement, taste, and the belief that whiskey can be both serious and playful.
Not a corporation. A collective.
