2 Oz Green apple juice
3/4 Oz Sugar syrup (1:1)
3/4 Oz Lime juice (Freshly squeezed)
3/4 Oz Pasteurised egg white or aquafaba
1 peeled kiwi cut into quarters

Make it at home
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into your chilled Coupe glass.
