Policy

Last updated: January 13, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through flyingtumbler.com are shipped when checkout is powered by AccelPay and fulfilled by licensed retail partners. Flying Tumbler does not sell alcohol. Alcohol sales are made by licensed retailers (or other licensed partners) in the customer’s destination market.

1. Who fulfils your order

Alcohol orders are accepted, sold, and fulfilled by licensed third-party alcohol retailers in the AccelPay network (the “Retail Partner”) or, outside the United States, by our licensed local partner in that market. Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed 3rd party retailers in the AccelPay network. Retailers use a variety of fulfillment carriers including GLS and UPS.

  • United States

    • If you have ordered one of the Products for delivery to an address in the USA, your order will be handled by licensed, third-party retailers in the AccelPay network, and your transaction will be facilitated through those retailers. AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, ecommerce and payment terms and any other terms and conditions set forth by AccelPay apply to any purchase you make via AccelPay and are between you and the third-party retailers in the AccelPay network.

    • For your reference, please find AccelPay’s Terms of Service, which include information about any orders you make from them..

  • Ireland

    • Alcohol orders are fulfilled by our Irish partner retailer, Celtic Whiskey or another appointed retailers.

  • Other countries

    • Checkout and fulfilment may be handled by a licensed in-country partner; availability and delivery options vary by market.

Merchandise (if offered) is fulfilled either by Flying Tumbler or our non-alcohol fulfilment partner(s) and may ship separately from alcohol.

2. Where we ship

Because alcohol shipping laws vary by jurisdiction, available destinations are determined at checkout. In the United States, AccelPay’s retail network can fulfil to many states, however some destinations may be unavailable at any given time.

As of the latest AccelPay guidance provided to Flying Tumbler, alcohol orders cannot ship to the following U.S. states:

  • Alabama

  • Alaska

  • Arkansas

  • Hawaii

  • Massachusetts

  • Michigan

  • Mississippi

  • North Carolina

  • Tennessee

  • Utah

This list may change. The checkout experience will confirm whether a shipment can be delivered to your address.

3. Address restrictions
  • We cannot ship alcohol to PO boxes.

  • We cannot ship alcohol to local carrier locations, lockers, or other pick-up points where age verification and signature cannot be completed, unless the Retail Partner and carrier explicitly support age-verified pick-up in your area.

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

4. Adult signature and ID check

All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature and, where required, an ID check confirming the recipient is of legal drinking age in the destination market (21+ in the U.S., 18+ in Ireland). Packages containing alcohol will not be left unattended.

5. Delivery attempts and undeliverable packages

Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts for alcohol shipments. If delivery cannot be completed (for example, no eligible recipient is available to sign), the package may be returned to the Retail Partner and treated as undeliverable. Additional fees may apply for reshipment or refunds (see the Refund Policy).

6. Fulfilment timelines

Typical timelines vary by retailer, carrier, and destination. AccelPay has indicated that orders are commonly fulfilled in 3 to 5 days, with standard transit times varying by location. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only.

7. Pre-orders (presale items)

Pre-orders are advance purchases of products scheduled to ship at a future date. Your payment method may be charged at the time you place the pre-order. The product page and/or cart will identify pre-order items and (where available) an estimated ship window.

If a pre-order is delayed, AccelPay customer support may contact you with an updated expected ship date. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items in one purchase, items may ship separately depending on fulfilment partner and product type.

8. Split shipments (alcohol + merchandise)

If your order contains both alcohol and merchandise, the order may be split into separate shipments so each line item is fulfilled by the appropriate licensed or non-licensed fulfiller. You may receive multiple tracking emails.

9. Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email (carrier name and tracking number) from the Retail Partner and/or AccelPay.

10. Recipient Responsibility

The recipient of the undeliverable package will be responsible for paying the following fees:

  • If a refund is requested, the recipient would be charged an Undeliverable

  • Package Fee, a flat fee of $25, which will be deducted from their refund.

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • If a Reshipment is requested, a flat fee of $40 will be charged to cover both the reshipment and the undeliverable package fee.

  • Other fees may apply due to order contents.

11. Customer support

For alcohol order questions (status, delivery, damaged or incorrect items), contact AccelPay support at support@accelpay.io, or use the contact details provided in your order confirmation.

For merchandise-only questions (if applicable), contact Flying Tumbler at info@flyingtumbler.com.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
