Flying Tumbler’s founders took a page out of the pigeon’s playbook. They left Ireland to chase adventures, dodge a few bad decisions, and collect more stamps on their passports than their parents thought possible. But, like any good Irish story, they eventually came back home—this time to craft whiskeys that are smooth, fun, and as far from snobby as you can get.
Aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-Jamaican rum barrels. The Roller is as dangerously smooth as a bad idea at 2AM.
