2 Oz Flying Tumbler - The Bird

3 Oz Ginger ale

3 Oz Irish cider

2 dash Orange bitters

Method

POUR all ingredients into a chilled glass and fill with ice. STIR gently with a bar spoon.

ADD whiskey, liqueur and lime to an ice filled highball glass. Top with pineapple soda.

ADD all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a Tajin rimmed rocks glass filled with ice.
